Cette nouvelle toile de la série "Portraits du Monde" nous emmène
aux Indes, dans les vastes étendues désertiques du kutch, qui regorgent de village tribaux où les ethnies Jat, Ahir, Rabari ou Meghwal perpétuent les traditions ancestrales.

Ce sont les photographes voyageurs Tuul et Bruno Morandi (https://www.yellowkorner.com/fr/m/tuul-et-bruno-morandi/)
qui ont immortalisé, dans le magazine GEO, le quotidien de 
ces sœurs de l'ethnie Meghwal.

Dans leur cuisine ces deux sœurs s'adonnent à la fabrication
de deux pains indiens différents le chapati et le poori, et la cuisson
des légumes avec un mélange d'épices propre à chaque famille.

Les personnages et leurs habits colorés de même que ces puits
de lumières sont magnifiquement reproduits ici, ne dénaturant
en rien cette magnifique photo.

This new canvas from the series "Portraits of the World" takes us
in India, in the vast desert expanses of Kutch, which abounds in tribal villages where the Jat, Ahir, Rabari or Meghwal ethnic groups perpetuate ancestral traditions.

It was the traveling photographers Tull and Bruno Morandi
(https://www.yellowkorner.com/fr/m/tuul-et-bruno-morandi/)
who immortalized (in the GEO magazine) the daily life of
these sisters of the Meghwal ethnic group.

In their kitchen, these two sisters get down to making two different Indian breads, chapati and poori, and cooking vegetables with
a mixture of spices specific to each family.

The characters and their colorful clothes as well as these skylights
are beautifully reproduced here, in no way distorting
this magnificent photo.
